When the app is acting strangely, you might be able to fix it by clearing your cache through the following procedure.
*Cache: data that is saved temporarily in a device to improve the performance of the app
iOS
- Double-click your device's home button (if your phone belongs to the iPhoneX series, swipe the bottom of the screen upwards) and swipe AWA up to close the AWA app *If AWA is not displayed in the first place, move on to step 2
- Open the iOS settings app
- Tap "AWA" displayed at the bottom
- Turn on the switch for "Delete cash on next start-up"
- Open the AWA app
*It might take some time to load the data after clearing your cache
Android
- Open the AWA app menu and tap "Settings"
- Tap "Data Management"
- Tap "DELETE CACHE DATA"
- Tap "DELETE" *restart the AWA app
*It might take some time to load the data after clearing your cache
Windows
- Close the AWA app.
- Open File Explorer.
- Enter %APPDATA% in the address bar and open the folder.
- Delete the "AWA" folder.
- Open the AWA app. *The AWA folder will be recreated.
- Log in again.
*After clearing the cache, it will be in the state before logging in, and it might take some time to load the data.
macOS
- Close the AWA app.
- Open Finder.
- Press ⌘ + Shift + G or select "Go to Folder..." from the "Go" menu.
- Enter ~/Library/Application Support and open the folder.
- Delete the "AWA" folder.
- Open the AWA app. *The AWA folder will be recreated.
- Log in again.
*After clearing the cache, it will be in the state before logging in, and it might take some time to load the data.
