If you can't play a track or it stops in the middle, try the following and see if the issue improves.
iOS
- Close all active apps
- Delete AWA cache
- Restart device
*How to delete cache
- Tap iPhone settings app
- Select AWA and turn on "Delete cache at next startup"
- Momentarily close AWA app and restart device
Android
- Close all active apps
- Delete AWA cache
- Restart device
*How to delete cache
- Open device "Settings"
- Tap "Apps" and select "AWA"
- Tap "Manage capacity" or "Delete data"
- Tap "Delete" under "Cache data"
*Some devices display "Manage capacity" after you tap "Storage."
*Please note that your downloaded songs will disappear if you delete "downloaded data."
