Please try the following methods.
① Sign out of the App Store, and then sign in again
- Tap on AppleID displayed at the bottom of the "Featured" tab in the App Store app
- Tap on "Sign Out" and then sign in again by the same procedure
- Check if you are able to upgrade to the Standard plan
② If you have purchased the Standard plan in the past, repurchase it via the AppleID subscription management screen
- Tap on AppleID at bottom of "Featured" tab in App Store app
- Tap on "View AppleID"
- Tap on "Subscriptions"
- Tap on the AWA app displayed at the bottom of the "Expired" section, and purchase the Standard plan
③ Check if your AppleID has a valid payment method set
- Tap on AppleID at the bottom of "Featured" in the App Store app
- Tap on "View AppleID"
- Tap on "Payment Information"
- Set up a valid payment method again, and check once more if you are able to upgrade to the Standard plan
④ Uninstall AWA, and then install it again via the App Store
- Uninstall the AWA app from your device
- Tap on AppleID displayed at the bottom of the "Featured" tab on the App Store app, and sign out of your signed in AppleID
- Sign in with your billed AppleID again
- Search for AWA on the App Store search tab, and install it again
- Check if you are able to upgrade to the Standard plan
