Please contact us by selecting "Settings" > "About the service" > "Inquiries/Report a problem" from the menu icon at the bottom of the screen.

PC
Open the gear-shaped settings icon  on the lower right of the screen. From there, go to "About This Service" > "Contact" to send your message.

You can also contact us by replying to or direct messaging @AWA_Support.
