If you have purchased a Standard plan but cannot use full playback, please try the following.
1. Turn off “Highlights Playback”
When “Highlights Playback” is on, every song will be played for only 90 seconds no matter which plan you have.

2. Ensure you are logged in with the account you used to purchase the Standard plan
If you are unable to turn off “Highlights Playback” even though you have purchased a Standard plan, you may have logged in with a different account.
