For customers who purchased on App Store
Complete the following steps to see any monthly billing plans you have purchased with the Apple Account you used to sign in to your device.
- Launch the “App Store” application on your iPhone
- From the tabs at the bottom, choose a tab other than “Search” and tap it
- Tap the profile icon displayed on the upper right
- Tap your Apple Account and log in
- Tap “Register” on the account screen
- Tap “Show Apple Account” and then tap “Register”
- Tap AWA to check your purchase status
*If you have not purchased any paid plans, AWA will not be displayed on the “Register” page.
For customers who purchased on Google Play Store
Complete the following steps to see any monthly billing plans you have purchased with the Google account you used to sign in to your device.
- Launch the “Play Store” application on your Android device
- Tap “Account”, then “Subscriptions” from the menu on the top left
- Tap AWA to check your purchase status
